This study, tagged (Modeling kinetic maps and its design and perceptual problems of climate elements in Salah al-Din Governorate) seeks to study a kind of cartographic modeling methods, which seeks to achieve the best case for modeling climate data on kinetic maps that achieve visual perception. The importance of this study stems from what it resulted from building a set of models representing the movement of the spatial change of climate elements and their representation on kinetic maps in the study area, as it was relied on the color and symbol variables to highlight these movements, and what gives the subject of the study great importance in that it was used Movement maps to represent natural phenomena instead of the conventional human phenomena and in the way to highlight the movement of spatial changes for these elements (temperature, atmospheric pressure, wind), as the process of drawing movement maps relied on the method of merging layers not to show movement and spatial method with the use of homogeneous color and the third dimension . The study aims to study the mobile climatic elements, their types and characteristics, analyze the methods currently used in depicting them and display them on movement maps, and propose new methods and methods in this field, and in the field of preparing the output of movement maps and preparing them in the correct way, which helps to display climatic phenomena on maps, without any Distortion, distortion, or perception. The study has proven that modern geographic techniques have a history in preparing digital maps for quick perception and understanding, especially after using GIS programs with high-quality spatial discriminatory accuracy, which contribute to many geographical applications, including their applications to data of climatic elements in Salah al-Din Governorate, and that movement maps An important role in highlighting and representing the climatic elements in an animation on the maps. The data of the climatic elements obtained from the stations of the study area (Al-Touz station, Baiji station, Tikrit station, Samarra station) were relied on in representing the climatic elements mentioned on the movement maps under study.
