تناولت دراسة تدوير المخلفات الزراعية بمحافظة كفر الشيخ باستخدام نظم المعلومات الجغرافية – دراسة في الجغرافيا الاقتصادية, واشتملت تلك الدراسة على ستة فصول رئيسية تسبقها مقدمة وتليها خاتمة وهي كما يلي: الفصل الأول : تناول الفصل الأول العوامل الجغرافية المؤثرة في تدوير المخلفات الزراعبة بمحافظة كفر الشيخ: حيث تناول دراسة المقومات الجغرافية للموضع الجغرافي وتأثيرها على زراعة أنماط معينة من المحاصيل تتطابق مع طبيعة التربة ، وتوافر المياة ، ثم دراسة العوامل البشرية وتأثيرها على تدوير المخلفات من حيث أعداد السكان ونمط الحياة الريفية ، والمستوى التعليمي والحالة الاقتصادية وانعكاس ذلك على تدوير المخلفات الزراعية. الفصل الثاني : اهتم بدراسة التوزيع الجغرافي للمحاصيل, والتوزيع الجغرافي لمصادر المخلفات الزراعية بمحافظة كفر الشيخ، حيث ناقش توزيع المحاصيل الزراعية بعد تصنيفها بمحاصيل حبوب ، ومحاصيل سكر ، وخضروات وفاكهة. الفصل الثالث: تدوير المخلفات الزراعية حيث أبرز الكميات الفعلية للمخلفات النباتية والحيوانية من حيث الأنماط والتوزيعي الكمي والفعلي وتوزيعها الجغرافي على مراكز المحافظة على مستوى المحافظة. الفصل الرابع : ناقش الإستخدامات الحالية للمخلفات الزراعية بمحافظة كفر الشيخ، حيث ناقش مشروعات التدوير الفعلية بالمحافظة لإبراز الوضع الراهن لتلك المخلفات واستخدمها بإنتاج الأعلاف وغاز البيوجاز وانتاج الكومبوست لتسميد الأراضي الزراعية، ومناقشة التوزيع الجغرافي لمواقع التدوير من أجل إبراز مدى كفاية الخدمة أو نقصها. الفصل الخامس : درس اقتصاديات تدوير المخلفات الزراعية حيث احتوى على الجانب الاقتصادي للمخلفات قبل وبعد عمليات التدوير للمحاصيل المختلفة من أجل إبراز الدوافع الاقتصادية لعمليات التدوير، والخسائر الاقتصادية أيضاً عند التخلص منها بشكل عشوائي. الفصل السادس : درس مشكلات تدوير المخلفات الزراعية، فنتاول مشكلات المخلفات النباتية، ومشكلات المخلفات الحيوانية مع بعض المقترحات لحل المشكلة، وعمل رؤية مستقبلية للخدمة من أجل التخطيط إلى مستقبل الخدمة بالمحافظة.

The study of agricultural waste recycling in Kafr El Sheikh governorate using geographic information systems - a study in economic geography, and this study included six main chapters preceded by an introduction and followed by a conclusion which is as follows: Chapter 1: The first chapter deals with the geographical factors affecting the recycling of agricultural waste in Kafr El Sheikh governorate. It deals with the study of the geographical features of the geographical position and their impact on the cultivation of certain types of crops that correspond to the nature of the soil and the availability of water. Then, studying the human factors and their impact on the recycling of waste in terms of population numbers and lifestyle, rural educational level and economic status and its reflection on agricultural waste recycling. Chapter 2: Interested in studying the geographical distribution of crops, and the geographical distribution of agricultural waste sources in Kafr El Sheikh Governorate, where it discussed the distribution of agricultural crops after they were classified as cereal crops, sugar crops, vegetables and fruits. Chapter 3: Agricultural waste recycling, where the actual quantities of plant and animal waste are highlighted in terms of patterns, quantitative and actual distribution, and their geographical distribution on the governorate centers at the governorate level. Chapter 4: Discussed the current uses of agricultural waste in Kafr El-Sheikh Governorate, where it discussed the actual recycling projects in the governorate to highlight the current status of those wastes, and used them in the production of fodder, biogas and compost production for fertilizing agricultural lands, and discussing the geographical distribution of recycling sites in order to highlight the adequacy or lack of service. Chapter 5: Studied the economics of agricultural waste recycling, as it contained the economic aspect of the waste before and after the recycling operations of various crops in order to highlight the economic motives for recycling operations, and also the economic losses when disposing of them randomly. Chapter 6: Studied the problems of agricultural waste recycling. The way we deal with the problems of plant waste and the problems of animal waste with some proposals to solve the problem, and make a future vision for the service in order to plan for the future of service in the governorate
